How to Join

• Complete the Application:

Fill out the membership application form provided by the Chamber or through affiliated Trade Organizations. Ensure it’s accompanied by the admission fee and the first year’s subscription.

• Required Documents:

  • For Limited Companies:
Provide copies of the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, and the latest relevant form under Companies Law.
  • For Partnership Firms:
Include a copy of the Deed of Partnership and an Extract of Register of Firm.
  • All Members:
Submit copies of the NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration Certificate (if applicable), National Identity Card (NIC) of the authorized representative (with 3 Passport Size Pictures), and proof of property ownership or rent receipt.

• Member Support:

The application for membership should be proposed and seconded by existing Chamber members.

• No Criminal Record:

Applicants should have no criminal convictions.
